Ideal for families the house has a fully enclosed garden and is ideally located within a short walk of the beautiful beaches and the South West Coastal Path. It also offers easy access to the adjacent famous Thurlestone Links Golf and tennis club.

It is conveniently located on the exclusive Yarmer Estate in Thurlestone, a glorious coastal location of outstanding natural beauty within an easy walk to the local pub and village store.

"Well what an absolutely fantastic weekend we had!"

The house had the perfect mixture of original features and modern kitchen and bathroom facilities, utterly charming. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery to go round and top notch appliances. And then there's the location, it really doesn't get much better than this, just a few hundred yards from the sea with glorious sea views from nearly all of the rooms. A few of us braved a dip and we enjoyed beautiful walks on the coast path just a few minutes away, heading over to Bantham one day.

Whilst helping design the website for Links Cottage I have realised what a wonderful holiday home this is. Located next the South West Coast Path, Thurlestone Golf Course and the beautiful sandy bays amongst the rocks of the South Devon coastline makes it an ideal large holiday house for young and old alike.

The quality accommodation can comfortably take up to 11 guests who can enjoy spectacualr views and benefit from close proximity to the local pub and shop ... and even a public tennis court.

No wonder I see so many repeat bookings for this large long established holiday house.

We have stayed at Links Cottage for so very many years with all the generations much enjoying the holidays. From sandy beaches, striding around the headlands or trying to tame the golf course!

The cottage is in a stunning position with the most beautiful sea views across the cliff tops and beyond. The house is really comfortable be it fine weather or the wind and rain pouring down. Also a lovely garden with the terrace extending the breadth of the house...perfect for tea, and cocktails a little later!
